So proud of Jackson! He practices his trombone every night before him. His hard work has paid off becuase he made Region band!

At church on Sunday, we sang Goodness of God. I cried as I worshiped. The words overwhelmed me with gratitude for all our Lord has done.

I had a biopsy for a mass that the doctor found a couple weeks ago coming up on Monday, but I knew I was held in His hands and that He already went before me. I was also reminded how His mercy, love, and goodness has carried us through so many health situations with Brian.

At my biopsy, the ultrasound tech asked if I wanted her to play KSBJ louder so I could hear it and be comforted during the procedure. The nurse knew Brian and she rubbed my leg the entire time, and so many were praying for me. How faithful and good is our God even in the moment of the test!

Well today marks 11 months from Brian’s open heart surgery, and I heard that my breast biopsy came back benign! I’m so thankful I have gotten to experience the goodness of God even if it comes through pain, trials, and some tears. Keep putting your faith in Him.

Decorating time!

Lincoln used to swim because his brother did, but he has found his own love for the sport! However, it is nice to get a hug, reminders, and encouragement on the pool deck from your older brother!

Trick or Treat at school. We loved serving Witch's Brew today!

Happy Camp-Oween!

The boys chose to camp for our long weekend over trick-or-treating, and I’m so glad they did. It was a beautiful weekend!! Camping with these guys is always an adventure that I love going on!

Our new neighbor, who is a firefighter, brought Lincoln a patch because he knows he wants to be a firefighter. So sweet!

Mornings in the car are some of my favorite times with my boys! This week we have been singing I Speak Jesus together. Lincoln struggles with anxiety. This song has become my prayer over him, and it has changed his mindset. The lyrics are powerful, because Jesus is powerful.
