#hartzsummer2017 Summer Road Trip Part 1

We started our family vacation with a stop in Missouri at Lake Maurer with the Hartzlers.
The 12 hour drive was pretty uneventful, and Jackson landed a 5lb bass right when he got out of the van!

Lincoln refers to Uncle Lloyd as the zipline man! :)

Lincoln had been waiting to zipline since last summer!

SOOO excited!

Jackson

We also swam a lot, because it was actually hot this year!

Lincoln loved swimming in this pool because it was swallow enough to touch in a lot of places for him.

We fished our way through our days at camp!

Mommy even caught a big one!

This boy likes to fish as much as his dad!!

My boys!!

Lincoln loves bossing around playing with Lucy! :)

Such a beautiful camp!

Papa Mel and Lincoln fishing!

Celebrating the 4th!

Firework fun!

We absolutely love going to camp with the Hartzlers.
All 5 brothers; Eldon, Lloyd, Papa Mel, Marvin

We would spend all day outside playing, swimming, fishing, and once it was dark play Rook way to late.

But, my favorite part all camp was when we prayed over family members for their health needs. There is power in the name of the blood, and power in praying as a group!

#hartzeveryday2017 Week 26

Day 175: Great end of summer swim season for Jackson!

Day 176: Brian is cleared to go back to work. The doctor is putting him on seizure medicine. I know 2 boys who will miss him, but praise God for the news today!

Day 177: Ice cream and the Word! It's been a day that feels like Satan is attacking from all sides. Great conversations about God's faithfulness with the boys.

Day 178: Brian is at WORK! God for sure was at work this morning and making rivers in the deserts on our behalf! Praise the Lord! Thank you for praying for us the last 2 months!

"For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland." Isaiah 43:19

Day 179: I'm in the process of packing for all 4 of us for our road trip to MO, IA, and WI which is NOT an easy task! ðŸš˜ But, look what showed up at my doorstep! Now, I'm excited to pack my laptop, books, and other games to keep us busy!

 Day 180: Cool dudes!

Day 181: And we're off! First stop...770 miles!
