Lincoln was excited, but nervous for his 1st airplane ride (he flew once before at 6 months old).

After we landed in Milwaukee, we went out to my parents new house. 

The boys were in tractor heaven!

Lincoln got Papa to start up one of his 15 tractors and go for a ride!

We got there early for our free socks and then rocked them for the game!

Jackson loves watching the games, and I love experiencing them with him!!

This was in the 8th inning when the Astros scored 7 runs!

And, Lincoln ate his way through the game!

He said, "I only come for the ice cream!"

Day 197: Breakfast date!

Day 198: Slip and Slide fun!

Day 199: Spent the last hour of our day snuggling and reading together! I'm thankful for the sweet times amidst the struggles. Sometimes I feel like I'm failing, but parenting is wonderful, messy, and hard. So, I'm going to keep on praying, standing firm, and loving them with all I am!

Day 200: Always feel better after a new cut and color!

Day 201: Lincoln said, "Daddy needs a treat for passing his test!" Fancy Chick-fil-a for the win. Definitely reason to celebrate!

Day 202: Headed to Milwaukee! 

Day 203: My heart!!

Gulf Age Group Champs

Jackson qualified for Gulf Age Group Champs this year! Quite the accomplishment as a 9 year old!

It was 3 LONG days of swimming!

Hanging out with friends make swim meets a lot more fun!

Day 1: He dropped time in both events, 50 Fly and 100 Back, and qualified for B finals in 100 Back.

Day 2: Best race of the day 50 Free! Dropping time and qualified for B Finals!

Someone got their first pair of fastskins!!

So proud of my boy! Best races of the day were the 100 Free dropping 5 seconds and the 50 Breast dropping 2 seconds and being the only 9 year old to make A Finals!! 

He was so close to TAGS time in 50 Free and 50 Back, next year for sure!!

We love watching him swim!

Day 190: Lunch with our favorite guy!

Day 191: Lincoln's first theater experience! Allie the First Kid Astronaut 

Day 192: Summer days with your best friend are just more fun!

Day 193: We found the KSBJ for an ice-cream emergency!

Day 194: Watching Jackson swim and cutting lamination!

Day 195: Surviving on day 2 of a 3 day swim meet in the Texas heat!

Day 196: Final round of finals for Jackson! We sure love our swimmer!

Red, white, and blue!

It was raining all morning and then around 4 o'clock the rain came out!

Aunt Midge, Uncle Dan, and The Loucks came over! The boys swam, we grilled out, and played Rook!

Failed Sparkler Pie! 

And then...firework time!!

So thankful for great friends and neighbors!

It was a great 4th with family and friends!!
