#Hartz2020 Week 24

      A little bit of what we have been up to June 8-14.

    

    We were loaded and ready for a little camping trip. 

 

 First family camping trip just the 4 of us to Huntsville State Park.

 

 All set up and ready for a great 3 nights/4 days of adventures!

 

 We had a site with a view!

We loved swimming in the lake to help cool us off!

Evening hike when Lincoln said it was his lucky day because he saw a tadpole, aligator, cotton head snake, frogs, and he was having fun without friends!

What started out as a casual family bike ride turned into a 2 hour, 7 mile bike ride through the woods over roots and sand, and around the lake. Lincoln was not a fan, but he conquered it!

We ate most dinners in the camper in the AC because we were warm from being outside all day!

A little bit of what we have been up to June 1-7...

Nothing better than a night with the Loucks!

Jackson made us dinner from start to finish and it was yummy!

Finally took a picture with the boys awards from the End of the Year.

Lincoln earned the Star Athlete

                                  Jackson earned the Presidental Award for all A's in Elementary!

A little bit of what we have been up to May 25-31...

Lincoln painted an American flag for our back patio.

We beat the thunderstorm!

 Ended my 14th year of teaching a bit different than I'd of imagined. Thankful for a wonderful partner this year!

Last official day of 1st grade and 5th grade!

Cookies and ice cream to celebrate 11 weeks of learning at home!

#Hartz2020 Week 21

A little bit of what we have been up to May 18-24...

Always an adventure with this one! Brian had a biopsy done.

He used his birthday money to buy a water balloon launcher!

Lincoln prayed and asked Jesus into his heart!!!! He has been asking a lot of questions the last week and today woke up saying he thought he was ready. Then, right before we were leaving for swim practice (hence the jammers in the picture) he said he was ready!  

Steak and eggs for breakfast make him extra happy! He has grown an inch since March!
