Papa and Grandma

Papa and Grandma left after a great 2 week visit. We all had a great time with them. I know the boys will miss playing with them a lot, and we will miss their help with the house/yard work, dinner, and the boys!

Soaking up the sun and warm weather that is not in Wisconsin.

Jackson loves playing with Grandma. Here there are veterinarians taking care of all the sick of animals. I wish had some pictures of Papa and Lincoln playing outside. They would play in the sand, drive Lincoln's cars, and go to the park.

Of course, Papa had to get some Spring Creek BBQ while he was here. My boys like it just as much!

Enjoying the beautiful weather and company at dinner

So thankful that Papa and Grandma were able to watch Jackson play football.

Sharon and Mel watched the boys overnight so we could celebrate Brian's birthday. We enjoyed a night out at the Crowder concert, hotel stay, and a massage in the morning.

Such a cute picture

Saying good bye is never easy, but we are thankful for the time we spent with them.

#hartzeveryday Week 42

Day 287: I had a meeting via Adobe Connect tonight and these two boys needed to be apart of it! Good think they couldn't see or hear us:)

Day 288: I think they are enjoying having Papa and Grandma here.

Day 289: One of them is entertained for free before dinner and the other is not!

Day 290: Fern and Ninja
 Plus Newboys concert!
Jackson's first concert experience. He loved it, but got tired. He fell asleep, but we woke him up for God's Not Dead. He rocked out and then went back to sleep!

Day 291: Lunch and shopping sans kids!

Day 292: Jackson came to big church with us today. He started writing us notes and wanted one back from us. So sweet and impressed with his spelling!

Day 293: Grandma read to Jackson's class, and then he got to have lunch with both of them!

Pumpkin Pictures 2014

After church yesterday, we headed to a little pumpkin "patch" to take our annual pictures. Houston's patches are so different than in Wisconsin.

Love my boys!

Can you find ninja Jackson?

Can he stop growing?

Lincoln was done with pictures but loved reading books!

With Papa and Grandma, Lincoln was so over pictures:)

I think they have grown some from last year!
I love all things fall, looking forward to many more fun memories!

The Zoo

We had some beautiful weather this weekend, read not in the 90's!
I had been wanting to take Lincoln to the zoo because I knew he would just love the animals, and he did! I watched him more than looked at the animals.

He loved crawling through the fish tunnel and stopping to look at them!
Cheese:)
 Checking out the animals
He wanted to walk and do everything on his own!
Lincoln was making faces and noises at the giraffes
 Love them!
We decided to go on the train after we left the zoo, and again Lincoln wanted to be Mr. Independent and sit on the seat by himself. He clapped each time the whistle blew and the train moved.
What a fun family day, thankful for the time together!
