Summer Fun #4: Wisconsin

I took so many pictures on our trip. Here are just a few of our time in Wisconsin.

The boys were up early the first morning there to go catch Walleye.

Lunch and shopping with mom

Loved catching up with these sweet friends (and their kiddos) from high school!

Everyone loves a smore!

Especially Lincoln:)

Fishing, jet skiing, and swimming in the lake

When in FDL one must go the park to ride the rides and A&W for rootbeer and ice cream!

And climb the lighthouse!

Love my people!

More time out on the water fishing

Always fishing!

Reminiscing on all our camping memories, we took the boys to the Country Store for 1cent tootsie rolls!

Love him!

Digging and swimming

Lincoln loved tubing so much he kept going and eventually threw up!

Brian's parents

Brian's sister's family

We always enjoy our time back home with our families. Thankful for safe travels and lots of fun!

Summer Fun #3 Camp Edition

We left bright and early July 1st and headed to Kansas City, Missouri to meet Brian's extended family at Camp Mauer.

First things first! :)

We loved taking out the canoes and paddle boats!

One afternoon we went into town and shopped at some the cute shops downtown.
Kristie, April, Sharon, Traci, and me

Zip-lining was a big hit for all of us! So fun!

Lincoln loved zipping across the lake!

Jackson and Leo probably did the zip line at least 8 times each day.

We attempted a group shot!:)

Lots of fireworks!

Lincoln would twirl while the fireworks were in the air!

My boys fished and fished some more. Jackson loved taking out the canoe to fish with Daddy!
Lots of good catches!

Lincoln zip-lined all by himself several times!!

More fishing!

We even explored a natural limestone cave. Cool in more than one way!:)

9 square!

Such a fun time mostly unplugged from technology and spending time outside with family!

Summer Fun #2

Shaved Ice!
Celebrating a great swimming for Jackson and behavior for Lincoln at the Divisional swim meet.

Jackson and I read James and the Giant Peach together, and then went on a date to see the play. Amaya did a great joy as Spider, and Jackson got a centipede to remember this day!

Jackson caught his biggest largest mouth bass.
6 pounds and 22 inches long.

I'm so thankful for the down time in summer and spending my days with these two! Some hours are long, but I wouldn't trade it for anything and iced coffee helps a little!:)

Go Astros!!

Lincoln's first game was a success and full of lots of snacks!
Such a fun night!

Jackson and Lincoln played with friends this morning.

This boy has already read 9 chapter books this summer!
Once he starts a book he can't put it down. :)

My cute lunch dates!

Treats for the garbage men!

Cleaning, reading, and swimming are what Mondays are for!

Because life is too short!
