First US Swimming Meet

Jackson swam in 5 events this last week. He swam the 25 back and free and then did 3 new events; 25 breast and fly and 50 free. He didn't get DQed!!

He did well and had a good first experience. He ended up with a medal in each race and 5th place overall for 6 and under boys. 

3rd in 25 free with a 20.93

3rd in 50 free with 36.29

4th in 25 back with 25.30

5th in 25 breast with 36.29

6th in fly with 30.72

So proud of his hard work and that he is swimming for Jesus!

Day 300: We have been enjoying the cooler weather and the cleaned out sandbox. This picture is not from tonight bc I accidentally dumped my phone from the laundry basket into the washer. Thankfully, it seems to be fine!

Family Field Trip

We all took a field trip last week to Dewberry Farm with my aunt's preschool.

It is way less crowded on the weekdays and you get to do all of the activities for way cheaper! 

The boys had a blast!

 ackson was so excited to "skip" school and have a day with us. He said, "This is the best day ever!"

Visitors

We were blessed to have some visitors for the last 2 weeks. 

They were able to go to church with us. Jackson even went to the service with us and copied down verses and sang the songs.

The boys fished alot, and Sharon kept my house cleaned, clothes put away, and food on the table!

We spent a Saturday at the Science Museum with them.

Jackson was like Jack with his map and wanting to write down facts in his notebook!

 Jackson has been watching Night at the Museum, so he was beyond giddy to go to the museum. 

He even got to help with a science experiment.

Lincoln had fun, but wanted to be in no pictures. 

 Fun morning together.

 So thankful for our time with family, but wish TX and WI weren't so far apart!

Day 273: My office is filled with notes and pictures from this little guy! So thankful I get to be apart of each school day!

 Day 274: Compassion Experience! Please pray about sponsoring a child, it will change their life and teach them about God's love!

Day 275: Friday Saturday night lights!

Day 276: Such a great Sunday! Church, beautiful weather, cheering on a student, Papa and Grandma arrived, and the Packers won.

Day 277: Love this sweet boy, but he is strong willed! Praying his strong will is used for God and good as he grows and that we don't grow weary.

Day 278: Lincoln wasn't messing around. He wanted every last lick of his ice cream!
