New Years Eve

My boys love to throw a party!! So excited!

Jackson requested a cookie cake for our New Years Eve Party.

The Yangs came over again for dinner and fireworks.
Lincoln has no fear and loved the fire and setting them off with Daddy.
Extra fun that the neighbor boys were out too. The more the fireworks the better!
 Cheers to 2016!!

We played a few more games, and we all were in bed before midnight!
Praying to love God and people audaciously this year!

#hartzchristmas2015 Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

We went to Christmas Eve service at church, and came home to make a pizza.
We all opened our Christmas Eve pajamas, ate pizza, and watched a Christmas movie.
The boys put out cookies for Santa and sprinkled out their Reindeer food.
Santa delivered his presents and Buddy left the boys a note.

Christmas morning the boys were up bright and early. They checked out all their goodies in their stockings while breakfast was cooking. Brian snuck a few surprises in my stocking as well, he knows how much I love Kendra Scott!
We also let them open one present. Daddy bought them swords!
Christmas morning traditional breakfast- sausage balls, treat for Jesus' birthday, and fruit.
We sang Happy Birthday Jesus, and Lincoln blew the candle out at least 3 times before we were done:)
Brian read the Christmas story and prayed before it turned into present city.
Lincoln loved opening presents this year and was in Paw Patrol Heaven.
Both boys were super excited about the books I got for them. Love it!
Some sweet moments mixed in with craziness
We had them to a scavenger hunt to find their big present from us.
Only in Houston can you jump on the trampoline in your underwear on Christmas Day. It was close to 85!

So many great memories, loved seeing their reactions and excitement to all their presents. It was a wonderful day spent with my favorite boys!

 More elf shenanigans!

Making reindeer food!

Christmas Eve tradition of making crafts in the morning. Love Jackson's idea of writing the names of Jesus on our Christmas tree craft.
"For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
    Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
    Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."
Isaiah 9:6

Buddy's last day was focused on the true meaning of Christmas
