Snow/Ice Days 2018

We just enjoyed an unexpected 5 day weekend. We had Monday off for MLK Day and then Tuesday and Wednesday due to snow and icy roads.

Tuesday morning we woke up to temps in the high 20's.
The boys wanted to check out the trampoline and jump on the ice/snow.

SO much excitement!

Our best attempt at a Snow Angel!

The boys played outside for about 20 minutes and then headed straight to the warm bath!

The boys talked me into going back outside again!
They just couldn't get enough!

Tuesday morning the temps were in the teens and the icy roads were dangerous for Houstonanians. :)
Icicle!!

Once the temperatures warmed up, we ventured out for necessities!

Too bad Brian never gets a Snow Day at the hospital!
Making memories is Snow much fun!!

I’m so thankful that today we are not in the hospital, but rather coming home from a fun family getaway and that Brian’s new medicines seem to be working. I’m even more grateful for all of your prayers this last year! God is good and always at work!

Day 6: Enjoying this beautiful weather!

Day 7: All good things must come to an end! Thankful for the long break with my boys!!
